The TRIBalance Singularity is a Scientific Method completely developed by TRIBalance Philosopher Randal Pinto Bianco. Every single label, all the logic in it's foundation source made by him. It is Algorithmic Philosophy on a Scientific Method. 

Purpose: The Purpose of this Communication is to make the TRIBalance Singularity Method known by the International Academic, Philosophical and Scientific Community.

The TRIBalance is not free to use. It is not for sale and will not be for sale in it's Foundation Source, so no map will be sold, for any reason in that source. It's Use of other material is in Academic Fair Use without sales. You can see it, but to use it you need a License.

The Base License does not charge money for the Foundation Maps. It is a Library and it works in a Subscription Plan to maintain the Library and continue researching. You don't pay to get access to the Base Foundation, origin Maps made by the TRIBalance Main Philosopher. The Library Subscription works as for any Science as a way to keep the Scientific Research Funded. You gain freedom to make Research Papers when you pay the Library and you publish the finds there. Library subscriptions are very affordable at this stage of development and will keep a level according to the antiquity of the membership so as to not outprice the membership and block the Research of previous members.

One you join the Library you get an Exploration License and can make Research Papers that are shown in the Research Library. However all Books and all Software made with the Science require a Developer License, which is an Upgrade to the Library Membership. To have a Developer License you need to have a Trained TRIBalance Certified Regulator. As an Explorer you can research all you want, there is only the limit of using your own pictures or special certified images for explorers not included in the Foundation Books. You don't pay for the use of the Philosophy per se, you simply contribute to the new Science's Library to keep the Science in Cohesion as it is being developed. Your exploration work in Research Papers is not controlled by Us and We do not control what you do with it outside Code of Ethics for the Science Application.

The Exploration License is one per Researcher.

The first step is to see that the Science is indeed what it claims to be: A New Scientific Method in Algorithmic Philosophy. Once it is Valid in Scientific Claim you can email Us and join the Library and do your own Explorations as Partners in Science. You can email Us for further information. If you were emailed by Us you can get a Research Membership at First Pioneer Subscription Plans to the Library. But the Scientific Material per se is on Academic Fair Grounds and free to State Regulators. You can develop the Science Freely in Research Exploration as a Member and simply contribute to the Maintenance of the Scientific Philosophy Core in Singularity.
